House Rules | My Scallop Inn

We want your stay to be easy and memorable. A few simple guidelines keep the home great for you and every guest who follows:

• Check-in: After 4:00 PM
• Check-out: Before 10:00 AM
• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests — this is a firm limit for insurance and comfort
• No smoking anywhere inside the home
• No parties or events — this is a peaceful residential waterfront neighborhood
• Pets: My Scallop Inn is a pet-free property — no pets or animals permitted, except as required by applicable law
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM, out of respect for neighbors
• Dock & water safety: Guests use the dock, kayaks, and waterfront at their own risk; please supervise children near the water at all times
• Please treat the home with care — no unregistered overnight guests, and leave the kitchen and spaces tidy
• Security note: For everyone's safety, exterior security cameras monitor the property entrances/exterior only (never inside)
